Emergency situations
Help 911 is not an emergency-response service. If anyone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical assistance, call 911 first.
What the service does
Help 911 helps users organize a post-accident request and may connect them with independent attorneys, medical providers, transportation providers, or support resources.
No professional advice
Help 911 is not a law firm, medical practice, insurer, or government agency. Website information is general and does not replace advice from a licensed professional.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit information only for yourself or with the affected person's permission.
Independent providers
Any attorney-client, provider-patient, transportation, or other professional relationship is formed directly between you and the independent provider. You remain free to accept or decline any referral.
Communications consent
By submitting your phone number, you authorize service-related calls and text messages concerning your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful conduct, automated abuse, or submission of malicious files. We may restrict access to protect users and the service.
Availability
We work to keep Help 911 available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular provider match, response time, or outcome.
Updates
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
