How Help 911 works
A transparent view of the intake, consent, and provider-introduction process.
You start the intake
Provide the contact and accident information needed to understand your request. Avoid sending details that are not necessary.
You choose support lanes
Indicate whether you want to discuss legal, medical, transportation, or document-support options.
You give express consent
Before submission, authorize Help 911 to contact you and share the intake with relevant independent providers for this request.
A coordinator reviews the request
The team verifies the information and determines whether an available provider or resource may fit the requested lane.
An introduction may be offered
A provider introduction is not a recommendation, guarantee, engagement, or statement about the likely outcome of a matter.
You choose independently
You may accept or decline. Ask the provider about licensing, terms, costs, insurance, conflicts, and responsibilities before agreeing.
Records stay tied to the request
Documents and status updates are used to coordinate the request. Any professional relationship and its records belong to the independent provider.
