Effective July 28, 2026. This notice explains what Help 911 collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request help, we may collect your name, contact information, accident details, requested services, referral source, messages, and documents you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your request, connect you with relevant licensed attorneys, medical providers, transportation resources, or case support, operate the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers or professionals involved in responding to your request. Help 911 does not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number and submit the intake, you consent to service-related SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Storage and security
We use access controls and service providers intended to protect submitted information. No internet system is completely risk-free, so avoid submitting information that is not needed for your request.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also opt out of texts at any time.

Help 911 is not a law firm or medical provider and does not provide legal or medical advice. Any professional relationship is formed separately with the licensed provider you choose.
